The battle is over and yep, I did win !! :-)
The purple Meilenweitsocks are finished ... I still love the color ... they are nice and confy , but I never, never knit socks with this yarn again !!!!
So now i can start thinking what kinda socks to knit next :-)

They look wonderful! Sorry about your difficulties! I am trying to kint my first sock, but I can tell it is going to be too small! Need a larger size than a medium. Thanks for all your help!
